Head of Growth & Partnerships

Position Summary

The Head of Growth & Partnerships is a visionary, revenue-focused leader responsible for driving Maxin Home’s expansion into new markets, accelerating customer acquisition, and building a robust ecosystem of strategic partners. This role combines growth strategy, business development, channel partnerships, and brand-building to scale Maxin Home into a national home-maintenance leader. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Go-To-Market (GTM), partnership development, growth marketing, and multi-market expansion, with a bias for execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand Maxin Home’s footprint nationwide across key metropolitan and Sunbelt markets.

  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing to determine high-value market entry points.

  • Build scalable acquisition playbooks for both online and offline customer segments.

  • Own revenue growth targets and ensure consistent YoY expansion across membership plans and service tiers.

Customer Acquisition & Brand Growth

  • Oversee customer-acquisition funnel, digital marketing strategy, and performance-driven growth campaigns.

  • Partner with Marketing to design targeted campaigns across paid media, social, local advertising, and community engagement.

  • Optimize conversion rates, CAC, and LTV through testing, analytics, and continuous funnel iteration.

  • Build Maxin Home into a recognizable, trusted brand within home-services categories.

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive scale—e.g., real estate brokerages, property management firms, HVAC/plumbing franchises, home-warranty companies, insurance providers, and local contractors.

  • Create channel-partner programs, referral networks, and co-marketing alliances.

  • Develop standards and performance dashboards for partner outcomes, lead quality, and revenue contribution.

  • Execute partnership onboarding, training, and co-branded go-to-market activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Operations, Service Delivery, Finance, and Product to align growth initiatives with capacity, quality, and customer experience.

  • Provide strategic input on pricing, service tiers, and new offerings based on market data.

  • Collaborate with Product/AI teams to enhance customer onboarding, self-service tools, and targeted engagement strategies.

Data, Insights & Performance Management

  • Establish and track KPIs related to growth, lead generation, partnerships, and retention.

  • Analyze acquisition trends and market feedback to inform expansion priorities.

  • Present insights and growth forecasts to executive leadership and investors.

  • Build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into growth performance.

People Leadership & Culture

  • Build and manage a high-performing Growth & Partnerships team including business development managers.

  • Promote a culture of innovation, hustle, and customer obsession.

  • Mentor team members to achieve personal and organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in growth, business development, partnerships, or GTM leadership.

  • Proven success scaling a subscription or service-based business, preferably in home services, PropTech, consumer services, or similar industries.

  • Strong network and experience negotiating high-impact partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, growth funnels, and customer lifecycle optimization.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Data-driven operator with strong analytical capabilities and experience using CRM, growth tools, and performance dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-growth startups or marketplace platforms.

  • Background in franchise partnerships, real estate ecosystems, or home-warranty/insurance industries.

  • Experience launching new markets in multiple states.

  • Track record building partnerships with enterprise-level organizations.
