Full-Stack Application Developer

Position Summary

Maxin Home is building the future of home maintenance—powered by smart automation, AI-driven customer interactions, and seamless digital service experiences.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Application Developer who will architect, build, and scale the platforms that power customer communication, scheduling, service delivery, and membership management.

This role blends hands-on engineering, product innovation, and technical leadership. You will build software that directly impacts how our customers interact with Maxin Home—across web apps, mobile, portals, AI chat interfaces, and internal operational tools.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications that power Maxin Home’s customer experience.

  • Build responsive web interfaces for customer onboarding, scheduling, billing, and service management.

  • Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting authentication, service workflows, and integrations.

  • Implement real-time features such as technician tracking, live scheduling updates, and customer notifications.

AI & Automation Integration

  • Integrate conversational AI (voice and chat) to enhance customer interaction across web, phone, and mobile.

  • Build workflows that connect AI receptionists, scheduling bots, and service automation tools.

  • Develop decision engines that improve technician dispatching, service approvals, and customer self-service.

System Architecture

  • Work closely with leadership to shape platform architecture, scalability models, and data pipelines.

  • Implement secure, scalable, cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Develop system integrations with CRMs, billing platforms, vendor networks, and operational tools.

Collaboration & Product Ownership

  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to translate business needs into product features.

  • Provide technical input on product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement cycles.

Quality & Security

  • Build with best-in-class security, authentication, and data protection standards.

  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.

  • Implement automated tests, performance checks, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-stack development experience.

  • Proficiency in modern full-stack technologies such as:

    • Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular

    • Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or .NET

    • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos

    • Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Experience building APIs, microservices, and scalable distributed systems.

  • Strong understanding of authentication, identity management, and secure coding practices.

  • Experience integrating third-party systems such as CRMs, payment platforms, or service tools.

  • Ability to work in agile, fast-paced, product-first environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building customer portals, service workflows, or scheduling systems.

  • Familiarity with voice AI, chatbots, LLM APIs, or conversational interfaces.

  • Mobile development experience (Flutter, React Native).

  • Experience with DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).

  • Understanding of field service management or home services platforms.
